The National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) took a shot at what the home of the future would look like as it concluded it’s annual convention recently.  Some highlights include:

• 2300+ square feet
• 4 bedrooms and 2.5 – 3.5 bathrooms
• evolution of the formal living room into a library or private retreat – perhaps A Man Cave??
• networks for techno gadgets and gizmos, and energy-efficient features like programmable thermostats.
