Not really, but thanks for continuing to read.  I’m resisting the urge to say "I told you so", but in today’s Roanoke Times comes in article saying "Spring Housing Market Making Gains".  You can read the article here … The article mentions that statewide, contracts signed through March 31 of this year decreased 8.7%, while in the NRV they actually INCREASED 16.8%. 

I told you so … sorry, just couldn’t do it.  But it’s nice to see this finally getting a fair reporting.
