Last month, Zillow announced they were pushing out a new update to their algorithm. But the data for Montgomery County, on their “Data Coverage & Zestimate Accuracy Table” is weak.
I highlight the one star because, according to the Accuracy Table, one star means they’ve been unable to assign a value.
I’m not knocking Zillow – I use the site, and I advertise with them. My point is just that for Montgomery County and the New River Valley, there are better sources out there than an automated algorithm.
