This has nothing to do with real estate, but Dr. Hong is a friend of the blog and we want to give him credit where credit is due. 

Dr. Dennis Hong recently won the National Science Foundation Faculty Early Career Development Program (CAREER) Award for his work with Whole Skin Locomotion.  Intellectually it means nothing to me, but it’s cool to see the thing move!  His lab is something to behold …
