I wrote the other day that selling a home should be uncomfortable, I guess as a reminder to sellers that sometimes it’s the things we DON’T expect that actually capture a buyer’s heart.  Well, a client from years back wrote me and said, "Now I know why you kept pushing us to keep the house like a museum.  All that time I felt a little annoyed that we had put so much work into keeping the house clean, but you’re right – it was the kids’ room that made them fall in love with our house!"  She also included the following video, saying that she felt like she was the parrot and I’m the guy behind the camera. 

Really  Catherine?  I made you feel like a trained parrot???  I think I need to work on my people skills.
