Thanks, the guy really has a point. Town Council is acting like a bunch of idiots. Blacksburg need to change the town charter to include a new title for a town councilman: “wanna be Mayor”

You gotta admit, Lake Terrace is a gorgeous place for us artsy fartsy photographer types who love urban decay.
